Upon receipt of the above form we will email you a WebSite Planning Worksheet that will enable us to fully understand the
scope of your companies needs.
Free Consultation
Upon receipt of the Website Planning Worksheet, A# Sharp Design will review the data provided and
schedule a Consultation Meeting (either onsite if local,
via
telephone or via email). Here we will discuss:
Goals (what you wish to accomplish with your
web site)
Image (what image you want to present to the
world - professional, flashy, emotional, rational appeal, etc.)
You (what you are all about, your products,
services, your history, etc.)
Content (we ask that you provide any kind of
literature that may aid in the content of your web site (i.e.,
literature, sales pieces, catalogs, etc.)
Graphics (do you have any logos, product
pictures, special graphics?)
Budget (how much do you want to spend)

Design/Maintenance Agreement
By this time your Website Planning Worksheet and
Initial Consultation is complete. You are now on your way to a
new website or redesign of your current website. All that is
left to do is formalize the agreement. A# Sharp Design will email you a WebSite Design and Maintenance Agreement
for your review and execution.
What this agreement does is confirm/document:
Consultation discussions of what is expected by A# Sharp Design
(i.e., design elements, graphical and contextual
content, etc.)
Pricing and any additional items agreed upon
Estimated completion dates
Hierarchy of page layout and navigation
Payment of fees
Legal stuff explaining that your pages will be free of errors,
operational, etc.
Copyright and Trademark information
Our 100% Guarantee information
Once completed, all you have to do is mail the signed Agreement
back to us. We will execute the Agreement and send you an
original for your records. That's all there is to it. A# Sharp Design
will then be able to register your
domain name and setup your hosting service (see below for more
information) and begin designing your new web site.

Before your web page can be loaded onto the internet
for others to see, it must have a home (much like an apartment).
For personal web pages your Internet Service Provider (ISP)
generally provides some space for you to use free of charge.
On the other hand, a business is usually not allowed to use this
service (check with your ISP). A# Sharp Design will guide you through this sometimes confusing process
step-by-step. We offer web hosting packages starting at $11.95
for 250 megs (standard billing is $35.85 every three months).
For businesses it is a good idea to order one of our maintenance
packages. This will afford you site updates, site promotion,

the availability of a domain name. Please provide a
value for a domain name on the left and select one of
the extensions, ".com", ".net",
".org" or ".edu" on the right. A
query will be performed on the appropriate WHOIS
database and the results returned to you.

Payment
Do to the time factor associated with designing a web
site, a 50% deposit is required in advance of the project (when
mailing the Web Site Development Agreement). The remaining 50%
will be due prior to web submission, after you are 100% satisfied.
A# Sharp Design guarantees your satisfaction or your
50% deposit will be refunded.
At this time, A# Sharp Design accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks, money orders, electronic checks or wire
transfers. A# Sharp Design prefers payment in the form
of a check or money order. Please do not send cash.
During the design process an A# Sharp Design consultant will be in contact with you on a regular basis by faxing
or emailing you the progress of your website. You are always
involved. This interaction insures quality of content and
customer satisfaction.
